MARTÍN BURGUEZ BAND
Guitarist, singer, composer and producer, Martín immerses himself in the sounds of T-Bone Walker, BB King, Pee Wee Crayton and Freddie King, as well as in West Coast and Jump Blues. His sound is also greatly influenced by Jazz, Swing and Rhythm & Blues from the 40s and 50s.

Through his career, Martín Burguez has released 3 albums of his own, and has worked and performed with some influential American musicians. He has also toured different European cities and Latin America.

He captivates his audience with his strident chords and creative guitar solos, as well as through the personality in his singing, sophisticated arrangements and his spirited performance throughout. Martín Burguez puts on a show that reminds us of his influences, with a personal and
unique style. We are delighted to welcome Martin back to ESBF for another year.

SENTIMENTAL GENTLEMEN

The Sentimentals Gentelmen are back on the dance floor at Big Mama. Formed in this very ballroom, especially to accompany dancers, this band have had resounding success on all dance floors in Madrid and across Spain. Today, the band have more than 100 jazz and blues classics, many of their own compositions and many hours of musical wonder to share with you.

Experience the soul-stirring magic of Blues, Soul and Rhythm and Blues with a band who elegantly pay tribute to the roots of black American music. Fronted by Maria Carbonell's passionate and powerful vocals, the ensemble illuminates the stage with energy and authenticity. Backed by world-class musicians with notable careers in RnB, their performances honour the rich legacy of blues music, delivering a heartfelt experience.
With a huge variety of blues influences from Koko Taylor, to Etta James, to the Blues Queens of the 1920s Blues Mood are sure to keep you dancing all night long!
