Bringing something brand new to Saturday night, Stef Rosen and his specially selected band will be dedicating their set to the soulful sounds of Otis Redding. This will be the premiere performance of the tribute and we cannot wait! With guitar, piano, drums and horns, these incredible musicians will weave together blues and soul to bring our dance souls something truly special. Often called the “King of Soul,” Otis Redding was one of the most influential singers of the 1960s, known for his raw emotion, unforgettable voice, and timeless hits like Try a Little Tenderness, I’ve Been Loving You Too Long, and (Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay. His music bridged gospel, blues, and soul, inspiring generations of musicians and dancers alike.
